CC22 comes in both a table-top or ergonomic Z-configuration. The CC22 is built for high-volume Serial Production use. By design, the constant centerline crimping enables easy part-positioning.

The Z-configuration, with the crimping head and hydraulic unit all separate, makes the CC22 ideal for automatic line use. For automation it can be equipped with an optional Automatic Greasing Unit, enabling an interruption-free operation combined with long maintenance intervals and ensuring ultimate accuracy. It also has wiper seal, protecting dirt and debris from entering the cylinder.

CC26

NC20

Finn-Power NC-machines have proven to be the most reliable and widely used nut crimping machines in the industry. NC-machines provide fast and accurate crimping for fitting manufacturing.

NC20 can be used also for other applications with short crimping length eg. connectors, small hoses, rings, tubes and sensors.

Adjustable back stop enables quick set up for different products. A special centering pin, selected according to ferrule size, can be used during the crimping.

Also available as Z-model with separate crimping head and hydraulic unit.

NC30

Finn-Power NC-machines have proven to be the most reliable and widely used nut crimping machines in the industry. NC-machines provide fast and accurate crimping for fitting manufacturing.

NC30 is equiped with longer master dies and has bit more opening and force than NC20. NC30 can be used also for other applications with short crimping length eg. connectors, small hoses, rings, tubes and sensors.

Adjustable back stop enables quick set up for different products. A special centering pin, selected according to ferrule size, can be used during the crimping.

NC40

With 93 ton force and 140mm master dies NC40 is the second biggest NC-machine in the range. NC40 can be used also for other applications with short crimping length eg. connectors, small hoses, rings, tubes and sensors.

NC60

NC60 is the biggest and strongest machine in Nut Crimping series. Due to large 160 mm master dies NC60 is ideal also for larger ring crimping and other applications requiring bigger dimensions.

Adjustable back stop enables quick set up for different products. A special centering pin, selected according to ferrule size, can be used during the crimping.

NC60 not available as Z-model due to crimping head weight.
